arise.

Sometimes, when I get an itch for adventure {almost always when I attempt to do homework}, I suppress it. Sometimes I journal about it. Sometimes I just stop doing my homework. Sometimes, though, I put everything down and just go.

Monday night, just as I sat down to start my homework, I looked out the window. 75 degrees, sunny. My sweet friend Meredith had told me about this place she'd found. Skinny trees, tall grass, lake, sunset: my monday night adventure was all coming together. I called several friends, but no.one.answered. So, I grabbed my camera and my journal and off I went. Gracious goodness, I'd say it was worth it.

    So glad you listen to your sweet, sweet heart and grab the camera so you can share it! just think, that beautiful scene was painted just for you, that's how much you are loved.
