When I heard there was a chance we might go on a free hot air balloon ride in the rocky mountains, i screamed {ran in circles, jumped up and down, told everyone in my house}. But really, we didn't know until Wednesday morning whether or not it was going to happen. Apparenly, all that stuff depends on the wind. So, come 7:00 Wednesday morning, we got the call that the weather was perfect, and off we went. I was literally just in awe the whole time. We didn't fly all that high {the wind required us to stay in the valley}, but we had a perfect 360 degree view of snowy mountains. Definitely goes down as one of the coolest things I've ever done. Some of these pictures look pretty similar... but that's just how gorgeous it was all around us.
