One of the weirdest things about graduating in December and staying around Davidson this semester was not knowing whether I'd get to participate in some of the biggest adventures of spring semester senior year, but one thing I was not willing to miss was my very last ever spring break. The last three years made it hard to live up to: California, Dominican Republic with my whole young life community, Colorado. But this one was as adventurous and random and joyful as ever. With two very full cars of girls, I spent the week sprinting around Disney World, chasing peacocks {literally}, slurping 7-11 slushies, cooking scrumptious meals, looking for alligators, drooling over spanish moss, going to Zumba classes at the Y, flying kites at Wrightsville Beach, riding mechanical bulls, finding all of the locations where One Tree Hill was filmed, and having jalapeƱo eating contests. I don't think I've ever belly laughed as hard as I did this week, and my oh my I'm so grateful to have spent it with such sweet friends. Here are my instagrams from the first half, the Florida part, of the trip...
My friends like to point out that I'm not in most of our pictures {doy, I like to hide behind my camera!}, but when I am I tend to make the same face {see below}. Actually, I think this look was plastered on my face for the last seven days straight. joy joy joy.
